Yes. We provide a secure and fully trackable postal repair service across the UK. Simply book online, send your device to us and we'll keep you updated at every stage. It's a safe and convenient option if you're outside Edinburgh.
How long does a phone repair take?
Many iPhone, Samsung and Google Pixel screen and battery replacements are completed the same day at our Edinburgh stores. iPad and MacBook repairs, or less common faults, can take longer depending on parts availability. We'll give you a timescale before we start.
What parts do you use?

Is my data safe during a repair?
Yes. We do not access, view or copy your personal data during standard hardware repairs. Your device stays on your passcode and we only access data if it's specifically required and you give us permission.
Do you repair older phones, iPads and MacBooks?
Yes. We repair older iPhone, iPad, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel and MacBook models, subject to parts availability. Ask us and we'll tell you whether a repair is worth it.
Are you an authorised Apple, Samsung or Google repair centre?
No. MrFix is an independent repair specialist. Being independent means we can repair Apple, Samsung and Google devices in one place, with flexible part options and clear pricing.
Do you offer collection and return in Edinburgh?
Yes. We offer a local collection and return service in Edinburgh. We'll collect your device, repair it at one of our stores and return it to your door. This service is available within Edinburgh only. Customers elsewhere in the UK can use our postal repair service.
Do you provide repairs for businesses, schools and charities?
Yes. We work with businesses, schools, charities and public sector organisations across Edinburgh and the UK. We offer reliable phone, tablet and laptop repairs, device health checks and ongoing support, with VAT invoicing and purchase order acceptance as standard.
