Know your iPhone before choosing a back glass repair
Some iPhones can look almost identical from the front while using completely different back glass.
Take the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro. Both are very similar in size, but they have different camera layouts, different finishes and don’t use the same replacement back glass. It’s a similar story with the iPhone 16 Plus and iPhone 16 Pro Max: both are large phones, but each requires the back glass designed specifically for that model.
That difference matters because the exact model and colour determine which back glass fits your iPhone, which repair method is used and how much the repair costs. Choosing by appearance alone can easily lead to the wrong part or a mismatched colour.
You can check yours by going to Settings → General → About → Model Name. If you’re not sure, bring the iPhone to MrFix and we’ll identify the model and colour for you before confirming your back glass option and exact repair price.
