What is covered
Clear, simple cover on the repair we carried out.
Covered
- The replacement part we fitted (for example a screen, battery or charging port) developing a fault in normal use
- Faults caused by our workmanship on the repair we carried out
- The same issue returning within 12 months of the repair date
- A free assessment of the fault when you bring it back
Not covered
- New accidental damage after the repair, such as drops, cracks or pressure damage
- Liquid or water damage that happens after the repair
- Faults in parts of the device we did not repair
- Devices opened or repaired by anyone else after our repair
How to make a warranty claim

Visit any MrFix store with your device and your repair receipt or booking reference.
Free assessment
Our technicians check the fault and confirm whether it is covered by your warranty.
We put it right
If it is covered, we repair or replace the part at no cost to you.
